They are looking to hire a dynamic Sales Development Manager for their office in UAE. The role holder will be responsible for promoting the company\'s software portfolio through direct and indirect sales channels; this will include acquiring new clients and retaining the existing ones, in addition to managing revenue growth from both go to market channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish a sales funnel and develop a network of partners to resell the software solutions.
Understand the customers requirements, and partners capabilities to create cohesive co-marketing plans, to be monitored on a monthly basis to measure progress.
Provide reports and forecasts for the sales leads.
Internally report on progress per partner, sales volume, and rebates.
Liaise with the technical division, and presales team to understand the customers business requirements and come up with the gap analysis.
Be part of the strategy team to recommend new product features to the internal product and engineering teams based on market demand/trends.
Follow-up on partners onboarding and achieve targets.
The ideal candidate is expected to meet all KPIs in terms of Sales revenue, Sales Conversion Rate, Sales Cycle Period, Customer Retention Rate, Pipeline value, Sales Opportunities, New Partnerships, and Activity Metrics (number of calls, emails, meetings made).
The job requires regional and international travel.
Requirements
5+ years in a direct and indirect sales role for a software solution company
5+ years of experience in the GCC and Levant
A proven track record of sales achievements
Technically Knowledgeable in the open-source software, and/or cloud computing space
