Kinetic is working with a leading Investment company who are hiring a Sales Development Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Master/MBA preferred.
Must have a minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years experience in Wealth Management/ Private Banking/ UHNW Family Office.
Business development experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
Good sense for Design and/or Marketing. InDesign is a plus.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Good knowledge of the holistic health and wellness industry.
In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
