At Omere Institute we increase life quality and longevity through awareness-raising and education; providing diagnosis, treatment and personalized care services to its members; and working in partnership with like-minded public and private organizations to shape future health care policy towards more preventative healthcare. We are hiring an experienced B2C Sales Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Life Science Director, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue for Omere Institute & Foundation through a proactive and strategic approach. Responsibilities:
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with customers and stakeholders B2C (UNWI).
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the overall business goals of the organization.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Onboarding customers through their programs.
  • Creating a performance dashboard for our customers.
  • Managing the fund-raising campaigns for Omere foundation.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Working closely with the Life science Director on any related topics
Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE 3-5years experience in Wealth Management/privatebanking/family office with UNWI network.
  • Foundation/fund-raising management experience.
  • Business development with experience in face to face B2C sales.
  • Sensitivity to holistic and wellness industry.
  • Ideally speaks Arabic or any additional language.
  • Bachelors, Master/MBA preferred.
