Job Description
We are looking for a motivated
Sales Designer
with a passion for interior design and strong communication skills. You will play a key role in connecting our design team with clients and ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to handover.Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients
to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.Present design concepts and company services
confidently and persuasively.Prepare accurate quotations
and negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.Earn a competitive package:
Salary + Commission and all other company benefits.Collaborate closely with the design team
to prepare creative proposals that meet client expectations.Follow up with clients
regularly, providing support and guidance throughout the decision-making and design process.Maintain strong client relationships
to encourage repeat business and referrals.Requirements:
? Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
? Good design sense and ability to understand creative concepts.
? Excellent English communication skills -- spoken and written.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
? Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.
