Sales & Design Representative
Job Description
In this role, you will combine your passion for sales and design to help clients create inspiring and functional spaces. You'll provide personalized furniture and design solutions, guide customers through the sales process, and ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience from consultation to delivery. With your creativity, product knowledge, and customer focus, you'll play a key role in achieving sales goals and maintaining our showroom's exceptional standards.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.
Create customized design solutions based on client needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
Track sales activities and coordinate closely with the home delivery team for timely fulfillment.
Provide complete interior and furniture design solutions tailored to customer preferences.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintain the showroom in excellent condition.
Participate in marketing events and training programs sponsored by the company.
Build rapport with customers and schedule in-home consultations when needed.
What we're looking for:
Proven
experience in furniture sales or design
(showroom or interior design background preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of design, color, and space planning. Goal-driven, organized, and customer-focused.Job Type: Full-time
