Position: Sales / Delivery Assistant Package and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary between AED 5,500/ \xe2\x80\x93 AED 6,500/- commensurate with experience

- High School / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- Must have UAE Driving license
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
- Well versed in Microsoft WORD , EXCEL , POS

- Deliver the customers items on time (within 3 hours from purchase from The Dubai Mall to their place of residence / accommodation).
- Ensure exceptional customer service and build the relationship with the customers to become a trusted Brand ambassador.
- Maintain sales record.
- Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts/ bills against their purchase and provide professional cash point service
- Maintain clean and organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas.
- Check stock levels daily, price variation, deliveries and inform of depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy, security, health and safety policies etc.
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management.
- Process repair and alteration of merchandise.
- Recruit customers for the database, accurately entering their details on the POS system.
- Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas
- Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized
- Take part in stock inventory.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Provide feedback on buying trends to store manager.
- Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
- Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity; close the sale
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by mystery shop standards.
- Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, in store promotions at all times.
- Maintain good relationships with the loyal customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, in line with the company after sales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
