Increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Identifying prospective customers
Following up on potential sales leads
Maintaining relationships with existing customers
Closing sales orders and following up on collection
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Rental Process Management:
Facilitate the smooth process of renting vehicles, including documentation, payment processing, and vehicle inspection.
Explain rental terms, conditions, and policies to customers.
Vehicle Fleet Coordination:
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the availability and readiness of rental vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle availability and reservations.
Resolve Issues and Disputes:
Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, or issues related to the rental experience.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems.
Up-selling and Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
Effectively communicate and offer supplementary products, such as insurance packages, baby seats, additional driver services, pickup and drop-offs, Additional/Extra hours, etc...,
Knowledge of Local Regulations:
\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about local traffic regulations, parking rules, and other relevant laws to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Educate customers on the safety features of rental vehicles and provide guidelines for safe driving.
