Position Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

An upscale burger boutique based in Dubai which mainly sells plant-based burgers.

:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Hand out samples to customer, assist with menu selection, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers to inform customers and maximize sales.
Upsell additional menu items, desserts, or beverages to increase sales revenue.
