Customer Support Executive fluent in French and English
to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking clients with queries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both
French and English
Provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
Ensure a professional and empathetic customer service approach at all times
Requirements:
Fluency in
French
and
English
(spoken and written) is
mandatory
Prior experience in
customer support
or
call center operations
Experience in the
fintech or financial services industry
is a strong advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Based in
Dubai
or willing to relocate
