About the Role

We're looking for a creative and customer-focused individual who enjoys connecting with people and transforming every interaction into a memorable experience. In this dual role, you'll blend your sales skills with a passion for customer support, playing a key role in assisting customers and contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients in our studio, ensuring a warm and friendly environment. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product guidance and support. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Guide customers through the sales process while identifying upselling opportunities Work collaboratively with the team to refine customer service strategies and improve user experiences Contribute creative ideas to enhance sales and overall customer experience

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in interiors, furniture, and design An organized, kind individual who's eager to grow and learn Basic knowledge of email platforms and Microsoft Word/Excel--or a willingness to learn A positive attitude with strong English communication skills Female candidates are preferred Previous experience in interiors or customer service is a bonus, but not essential--we value passion and personality above all

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
