Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with rental inquiries and reservations. Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently. Explain rental policies and procedures to customers and ensure they understand their responsibilities. Inspect rental vehicles for damage and document any issues. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and pick-ups with customers. Upsell additional products and services to maximize revenue. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain knowledge of rental fleet availability and make recommendations based on customer needs. Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate
Previous experience in customer service or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using rental software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in different locations within Dubai (on Rotation)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed.
Knowledge of the rental industry and familiarity with rental policies and procedures.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,501.00 per month
Experience:
sales: 3 years (Required)
