Role Overview

We are looking for a

Sales & Customer Experience Executive

who is confident, articulate, empathetic, and persuasive someone who can build trust, hold meaningful conversations, and guide potential clients toward the right services and programs.

You will be the

first point of connection

for many of our clients and play a critical role in converting inquiries into long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Conversions

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins Confidently explain Illuminations' services, programs, workshops, and trainings Recommend suitable services based on client needs and concerns Follow up with leads and warm prospects in a timely and structured manner Convert inquiries into bookings, packages, and program enrollments Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Customer Experience & Relationship Building

Build genuine rapport and trust with clients through meaningful conversations Ensure every interaction feels warm, professional, and supportive Maintain strong post-booking follow-up to enhance client retention Address client questions, concerns, or objections with clarity and empathy Create a seamless and premium customer experience aligned with the Illuminations brand
Coordination & Administration

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions Coordinate with therapists, trainers, and internal teams for scheduling Update CRM or tracking systems regularly Support front desk operations when required
Ideal Candidate Profile Essential Skills & Experience

Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory) Excellent conversational and communication skills Strong persuasion and influence skills without sounding pushy Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, wellness, education, or premium services preferred Comfortable speaking with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds Confident handling phone and WhatsApp conversations
