Ensure that the right number of cleaning staff is assigned to each location, taking into account the size and complexity of the task.
Inventory Control:
Keep track of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring that they are well-stocked and maintained.
Order cleaning products and equipment as needed, staying within the company's budget while ensuring quality.
Ensure that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
Regularly report sales activities, progress, and results to management, ensuring goals are on track.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure services are delivered as promised, including managing scheduling and staffing for client cleaning sessions.
Ensure that contracts and agreements are signed, and that all paperwork related to the sale is handled properly.
Occasionally assist with billing and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.
