Sales Cum Supervisor – Fit Out & Decor Installations

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily flooring and decor panel installation works Lead and manage a team of carpenters and flooring technicians Conduct site visits, take measurements, and plan execution Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of jobs Promote and sell installation services to walk-in clients, contractors, and project decision-makers Handle client meetings, update progress, and report site activities Resolve on-site issues and maintain service quality Represent the company with a professional, well-groomed appearance
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory or sales role (fit-out/flooring preferred) Strong knowledge of installation methods for flooring & decorative panels Excellent team coordination and client communication skills Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is a plus Must have a valid UAE driving license Graduation not mandatory - practical site experience is more valued Presentable, well-mannered, and able to confidently engage with clients Aware of UAE lifestyle and social media trends (bonus point) Ready to join immediately
