Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness programs.
Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, social media) and convert leads into clients.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Track and report sales performance and market trends.
Ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Being flexible to changes in tasks or priorities and adjusting to dynamic work requirements.
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments.
A driven, proactive approach to achieving sales targets and administrative goals.
Understanding of basic financial concepts, such as pricing, profit margins, and budgeting, can be beneficial for both sales and administrative functions.
In-depth understanding of the products/services being sold to address customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
Sales / Marketing
(fitness industry experience is an advantage).
Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
Preferred additional languages:
Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about fitness and customer engagement.
Proficiency in customer relationship management tools for tracking sales and customer interactions.
Efficiently handling multiple tasks, calls, and administrative duties within set deadlines.
Ability to influence potential customers and encourage them to make a purchase.
