Meet and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide personalized consultation and recommend suitable services/packages based on client requirements.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue achievements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, counselling, (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or service industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and handling digital leads.
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications in sales/marketing are an advantage.

to prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-up calls and maintain a structured call log.
Achieve a
conversion rate of 50-75%
to qualify for commissions.
Meet and exceed
daily and weekly sales targets

Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of telesales & sales manager experience in healthcare
(mandatory).
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales/conversion targets.
Strong knowledge of

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Goal-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
Compensation:
5000 Aed + commission (eligibility based on achieving 50-75% conversion).
