Duties:
1. Greeting people entering the establishment, determine purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
2. Operate telephone switchboard in a courteous and professional manner to answer, screen, or forward calls, receive and deliver the messages in writing, verbally or electronically and organize /receive courier deliveries.
3. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, and other documents.
4. Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
5. Filing important documents, maintaining files, etc.
6. May interact with Clients and/or Suppliers through mails and/or calls.
7. May construct Quotes, Delivery Notes, and of the kind documentations as needed.
8. Protect company rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

1. Computer literate (Microsoft Packages, Internet and E-mail).
