Job Title: Sales coordinator (Led & signage)

Reporting: DGM Sales / Sales Director
The role involves administrative & operational support to sales team ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments & external clients. The goal is to facilitate the sales team activities to maximize their performance & long lasting development for the company.
Job Responsibilities
a) Coordinating with the Sales team on arranging the sales quote / Sales Order / stock / price & any relevant information required relevant to clients & products from the ERP.
b) Track the sales quote / orders & update the sales team for pending.
c) Maintaining the customer records, price lists & agreements.
d) Coordinating with logistics, warehouse & finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
e) Following up on meeting schedule with clients.
f) Improving walk in customer records & improving warehouse sales.
g) Local product sourcing: liaise with technical team/ Purchase for product samples, price & technical details.
h) Assist in the preparation & organizing of promotional materials & events.
Key skills & competencies
1) Strong coordination & follow up skills.
2) Good computer skills (MS office )
3) Ability to prioritize under pressure in a multi-client environment.
4) Excellent communication in English.
5) Familiar with ERP Systems like Odoo.
Qualification
1) Candidate must be graduate.
2) 1-2 Year sales coordination or back-office experience.
3) Available in UAE for Interview.
4) Valid UAE visit visa / cancelled visa.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 15/01/2026
