In this role, your key responsibilities will be the following:
Initiate all approvals as per the process.
documentation and customer creation
Job booking and issuing PI
Job release, create PR and process b2b orders
Get delivery acknowledgement and update to customer
Take delivery approval as per the process.
Prepare documents required along with the deliveries.
Send supervisor for any inspection and final commissioning.
Get signed DO and invoice the job.
Update forecast file.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree
2-3 years experience experience in sales coordinator, preferably HVAC industry
Self-motivated, Team player, result oriented and with effective communication skills.
