One of the reputed companies in Dubai is looking for a Female Sales Coordinator.
The candidate should have experience in similar role preferably who have GCC experience or currently residing in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain and willing to relocate in Dubai.
Job Role & Requirements:
Provide support to the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Overseeing urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Input orders, make sure that they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Bachelors degree or Diploma holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Having 3-5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC Countries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
