Position: Sales Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Doha, Qatar.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals.
Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
Follow up on client inquiries and support the sales process from lead generation to finalization.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments such as operations.
Ensure timely communication of client requirements to the relevant teams.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
Prepare and organize tender documents for submission, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales-related records.
Generate sales reports, performance analysis, and market research insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Undertake other related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
