Sales Co Ordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities



Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order processing, and delivery updates Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proformas, and related documentation Maintain and update customer records, pricing details, and sales databases (CRM/ERP) Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports and KPI dashboards Communicate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, store) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders Track and ensure timely collection of payments and delivery fulfillment Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team Handle after-sales follow-ups, complaints registration, and coordination for resolutions Manage stock inquiries and coordinate with warehouse for product availability

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination Strong knowledge of

Advanced Excel

(Pivot, VLOOKUP), and experience with CRM/ERP software Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
