We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to join our team in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE and be capable of supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, order processing, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and follow up with clients.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Track and manage delivery schedules and follow up on payments.
Support day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
1-2 years of sales coordination or admin experience in the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point and ERP knowledge).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with SAIF Zone processes is a plus.
Work Location:
SAIF Zone, Sharjah
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary:
AED 2,500/- per month
