We are hiring immediately for a Sector Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas \xe2\x80\x93 a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
  • Responsible for targeting, developing & acquiring customers within your sales plan.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed targets. Revenue targets and sales KPI driven.
  • Ensure 3rd party costs are appropriately priced. (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
  • Establishes and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Process driven, following Aggreko\xe2\x80\x99s sales process (sector sales excellence), as well as all CRM and CPQ processes. (salesforce)
  • Minimum sales activity requirements and CRM & CPQ compliance requirements.
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for developing business, including product / sector revenue targets.
  • Identify new customers / business with a view to growing key account portfolio.
  • To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls.
  • Prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in accordance with Aggreko\xe2\x80\x99s terms and conditions.
  • To acquire a sound knowledge of internal administrative practice, including all hire procedures and the quick track system, product knowledge and the operation of the depot overall.
We\xe2\x80\x99re experts, which means you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Commercially astute technical sales professional with significant experience.
  • Target driven and results orientated. With a track record of consistently exceeding your sales and activity KPI targets.
  • With UAE driving license.
  • Good ability to read, write and speak English and with Arabic a plus
  • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry
  • Degree qualification in sales or in a technical discipline OR Minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in the industrial services environment. Dedication and commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Experience of selling (or renting) capital equipment or selling a technical / engineering solutions or services. (Solution Selling)
  • Proven track record in delivering results in line with targets set.
