Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the mobile phone distribution industry. The Sales Coordinator will be a critical support for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, managing customer accounts, and facilitating efficient communication between our company, clients, and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good understanding of mobile phone products and the distribution landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:
Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and delivery scheduling for mobile phones and related accessories.
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of various mobile phone models and accessories.
Prepare and send sales reports, stock counts, and other relevant documents to the management team.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Assist in maintaining sales databases and CRM systems with accurate lead and sales data.
Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow up on sales inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on payments and assist in resolving any payment-related issues in coordination with the finance department.
Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or problems with their orders.
Operational Liaison:
Collaborate effectively with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded and invoiced.
Assist in coordinating promotional events, marketing campaigns, and product launches as needed.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, track sales performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team and management.
Conduct basic market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
General Administrative Duties:
Manage schedules and calendars for the sales team.
Maintain organized filing systems for sales records and documentation.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales department.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably within the mobile phone, electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a significant plus.
Strong understanding of mobile phone products and market dynamics is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Arabic proficiency is a plus. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
