Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator - MICE to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business and ensuring seamless coordination of events.
Proactively identify and pursue new MICE business opportunities in the local and international markets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of MICE events
Conduct site inspections and showcase venue facilities to prospective clients
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Meet and exceed sales targets for MICE business
Manage client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for MICE segments
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular sales reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in MICE sales or a related field
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client base
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Proficiency in CRM software and event management tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Negotiation skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the MICE industry and current trends
Understanding of the hospitality and tourism sector
Experience in event coordination and client management
Ability to work flexible hours
Certifications in event management or hospitality (preferred)
* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
