Role summary

The Sales Administrator will support team by managing client communications, preparing sales quotations and agreements, coordinating invoicing and payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, customer-focused, and preferably hold a valid UAE driving license with ERP system knowledge.

Key responsibilities

Provide efficient administrative support to the sales team, ensuring fast turnaround and smooth daily operations. Attend, screen, and professionally handle incoming calls at the reception, route calls to the concerned departments, and take accurate messages when required. Manage pre-sales activities, including preparation of quotations, Agreements, tender documents. Assist in basic accounting activities, including: Follow-up on receivables and outstanding payments. Coordinate proactively with internal teams to support manpower mobilization and client requirements. Conducting and monitoring the trade trast activities. Prepare sales summaries, billing details, and reports related to manpower supply contracts. Attend to site related visits and camp related matters when required, showing initiative, speed, and ownership (valid UAE driving license required). Anticipate requirements, identify gaps, and take proactive action to resolve issues before escalation.
Key Requirements

Prior experience in manpower / staffing / outsourcing companies (preferred). Fast, proactive, and result-oriented work approach. Professional telephone etiquette and front-office handling skills. Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills. Working knowledge of invoicing, receivables, and manpower billing cycles. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems. Valid UAE Driving License. Arabic proficiency is a plus.
