We are a manpower supply company providing skilled and unskilled workforce solutions across the Middle East. We are looking for motivated
HR Sales Agents
from African countries to expand our client base and support recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower supply.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower sourcing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.
Requirements:
Prior experience in
HR, recruitment, or sales
(preferably in manpower supply or staffing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Must be from
African countries
(Cameroon, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya, Togo, Burundi, etc.).
English language proficiency is required (French or local languages will be an advantage).
