JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ? Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the life sciences sales team. ? Manage and process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and efficiently. ? Maintain and update records in the CRM system to ensure smooth sales operations. ? Source products and suppliers to meet customer and company requirements. ? Build and maintain professional communication and business relationships with principal companies. ? Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely order fulfilment. ? Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and conducting data analysis for management. ? Track inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting. ? Manage customer registration processes (University / MOH / EHS). ? Review and compare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for client needs. ? Organize meetings, coordinate client visits, and support trade show participation. ? Handle customer follow-ups, service requests, and ensure post-sales support. ? Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations. ? Provide quality feedback to management and coordinate product recall processes when required. REQUIREMENTS ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory Technology, or related fields). ? Minimum 2 years of experience in business communications and coordination. ? Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ? Technical knowledge of laboratory procedures and applications. ? Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent listening and persuasive abilities. ? Persistence, dedication, and excellent time & territory management skills. ? Positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
