Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in the Water Treatment Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and contracts Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service execution Follow up with clients on payment and documentation Support marketing initiatives and client relationship activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Commerce

Business Administration

Marketing

, or

related fields

(B. Com, BBA, MBA preferred) 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment or a technical industry Strong communication skills in

English

(verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Team player with a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of water treatment systems or industrial products (training will be provided if required) Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems is a plus Fluency in other languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an added advantage
