- Able to maintain a healthy relationship with existing and new customers. - Supports the sales team in attaining the targets and operates with management and clients to determine business requirements. - Implements all sales action plan related to sales and marketing area. - Establishes & maintains files on major active accounts within sales & marketing area as part of the central filing system - Acts as a link between the management and employees and clients and management and ensure satisfaction to both employees and clients. Some other jobs of the sales coordinator are enquiring from the client and ensuring customer satisfaction, perform various administrative functions essential for efficient functioning of the system and providing support to the fulfillment of the company plans and targets. - Support by involving in handling of sales and administrative reports and confidential documents and agreements. Review tenders/projects and prepare the proposal and quotations. - Communicating with and within the sales team to gather information useful for the management in research and planning. - Providing inputs and ideas to the company and monitor the response. - Observing, supervising and preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations based on sales analysis. - Maintaining and updating the database regularly. - Monitoring the trends and evaluating the sales goals. - Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information - Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material - Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. - Advanced sales and customer service skills - Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts - Knowledge of trends and regulations in their specific industry - Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff members - Excellent leadership and coaching abilities - Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills - Skilled in staff optimization and team development Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
