We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales coordinator to join our Cleaning and Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Meetings:
Proactively set up meetings and generate leads with potential clients in the cleaning and maintenance sectors.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to secure contracts with new and existing clients.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market reach and increase revenue.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets for both cleaning and maintenance services.
Communication & Presentation:
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value of our services to clients.
Team Collaboration & Independence:
Work independently and collaboratively within a team, maintaining professionalism and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven sales experience in the
UAE, preferably in the cleaning and maintenance industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience:
sales(Cleaning &Maintenance) in UAE: 4 years (Required)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
