Sales Coordinator – Hvac Division
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process incoming sales inquiries across all product lines.
Coordinate with sales engineers and customers to support project approvals and order confirmations.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, submittals, and compliance statements.
Assist in pricing and costing analysis to support management in decision-making.
Maintain updated records of test certificates, ensuring timely renewals.
Support the creation of product catalogues, codes, and marketing materials for new and existing products.
Generate technical and commercial offers through ERP software based on customer requirements.
Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: 3 - 4 minimum years of sales coordination
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
