This non-management role plays a key part in managing guest communication, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring a luxury-level service experience within Marriott's premium boutique hotel environment.

Job Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling guest requests, managing documentation, and supporting sales and reservation processes. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to ensure timely responses, accurate recordkeeping, and a seamless luxury guest journey.
Key Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently
• Support sales efforts with clerical tasks such as filing, email communication, documentation, and data entry
• Handle incoming guest calls and resolve basic requests or forward them to the correct department
• Use up-selling techniques while maintaining brand loyalty and satisfaction
• Coordinate Marriott Rewards inquiries, redemptions, and account updates
• Monitor quality standards, review data accuracy, and support performance evaluations
• Act as a communications link between departments including Sales, Accounting, and Guest Services

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales support or reservations role in hospitality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to use hotel systems such as Opera and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong multitasking skills and guest service orientation
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
