Inspire Measurement & Equip Fix LLC is hiring a

Female Sales Coordinator

who will be responsible for both

sales generation

and

sales coordination

. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of handling end-to-end sales processes while ensuring seamless communication and operational support within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Actively generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Promote products to customers through phone calls, emails, and site visits if required. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.

Sales Coordination & Support:

Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery. Monitor order status and follow up on delivery and invoicing issues. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Maintain updated customer records and sales databases. Assist in the preparation of reports, project estimates and operation manuals.

Administrative & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions and events. Support the development and distribution of promotional materials. Provide input and feedback on market trends and customer demands. Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit control. Ensure documentation compliance for both local and export sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial Automation Field Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or sales coordination, preferably Industrial Automation/Electrical Switchgear Field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Team player with a positive and energetic attitude.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
