Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings/appointments with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and release quotations to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up with clients to ensure prompt feedback and smooth progress of sales processes.
Source and liaise with suppliers to fulfill project-specific material and product requirements.
Maintain organized records of client communications, quotes, and supplier details.
Provide administrative support to the sales and project management teams.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales coordination or admin role (experience in landscaping or construction is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
