Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to handle client inquiries and follow-ups.
Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports as required.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and tracking sales activities.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Female candidates only (due to role requirements).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in
Sales Coordination / Admin / Customer Service
roles preferred.
CRM knowledge
is a must (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
