Female, any nationality
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
Must have 3 years of relevant experience preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry
Excellent communication and correspondence skills
Proficient in MS Office with experience in SAP system is preferred
Ability to work well with a team and under pressure
Quick-learner, proactive, detailed-oriented, and result-driven
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible in processing cash order, purchase order and order entry in SAP system
Handles inquiries, submittals, quotation, and email correspondence.
Manage and coordinate all the office work in Sales department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide internal support to all sales personnel, gaining full working knowledge of internal processes
Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, and other related issues
Maintains all company files and other important sales related documents

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
