Sales Coordinator
to join our team! In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. If you have strong multitasking skills and a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and client communication.
Maintain and update sales records and generate performance reports.
Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, leads, and customer requests.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Communicate with customers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) for smooth operations.
Track sales targets and provide insights to management.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and responding to emails.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory
Proficiency in SAP (Sales and Distribution module preferred) is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
