, you'll support the sales team by handling customer communications, preparing sales paperwork, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a main point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email) and provide timely responses.
Prepare sales quotations, local purchase orders (LPOs), invoices, and necessary documentation.
Track and follow up on pending orders, payments, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate internally with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for accurate order processing.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
Support sales team with reports, presentations, and after-sales customer support.
Ensure materials are delivered on time and clients are informed of updates.
Requirements
1-2+ years' experience in sales coordination or sales support (preferably in trading or hardware/ironmongery).
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Salary & Benefits (Approximate)
AED 3,000 per month
