Sales Coordinator (e Commerce)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day sales operations for e-commerce platforms. Process and follow up on online orders to ensure timely delivery. Communicate with logistics and warehouse teams regarding order status and dispatch. Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels across platforms. Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing. Prepare regular sales and inventory reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales coordination. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon Seller Central). Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is a plus
