Coordinate system-related support for sales activities, including updating sales records and tracking customer inquiries.
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on sales team requirements and ensure follow-up on approvals.
Handle customer inquiries via email and online platforms, providing timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure sales-related invoices are processed and documented correctly.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify stock availability and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Work closely with the logistics team to arrange shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any transportation-related issues.
Liaise with delivery drivers to monitor and manage delivery schedules, ensuring orders are delivered on time.
Maintain and organize records of sales activities, including quotations, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a point of contact for addressing and resolving system-related issues with internal teams.
Act as a customer service managing all customers inquiries amd complains.
Coordinate imports and sales for trading customers
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
