The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments. This role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Prepare sales documents such as Sales order and Invoice.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and internal teams
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and CRM systems
Track sales orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
Monitor sales performance reports and prepare regular summaries
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
