We are urgently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Sama Production. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between clients and internal departments (sales, production, etc.)
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on approvals
Monitor and manage active projects and timelines
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Candidate Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within events, exhibitions, or production)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Must be available to join immediately
