Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline reports.
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Help manage customer relationships, including responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
