Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers\' inquiries, requests, and concerns
Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely way
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction
Maintain and update sales order records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Communicate order status updates and delivery schedules to customers
Generate and distribute sales reports, forecasts, as well as performance metrics
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary resources to meet their targets
Maintain data integrity by regularly verifying and cleansing customer information
Provide general administrative support to the sales department as required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus
