Job Description
A Leading UAE organization and a part of multinational enterprise specializing in the manufacturing supply, testing & certification of Industrial Lifting Equipment and a Calibration Laboratory covering a wide range of common and specific instruments, tools and equipment need urgently Sales Coordinator for their Abu Dhabi branch office. Key Responsibilities
- Well verse with and working experience related to Lifting Equipment Sales/ Marketing.
- Acting as point of contact for clients and interested parties
- Help the sales team to improve their productivity by coordinating between clients and internal production / logistic departments
- Handle calls, emails and messages when Sales executives are unavailable
- Prepare an estimate and send Proposals/Quotations to clients.
- Timely follow up for LPO or Order Confirmation.
- Process orders by creating Material Processing Ticket (MPT/WO) based on customer requirements upon order confirmation and coordinate to process and complete the jobs on a timely manner
- Coordinate while overseas orders and shipments are processed and ensures delivery in time
- Assist the sales/marketing executives in their day-to-day operations and tasks.
- Maintain up to date Sales records
- Above responsibilities shall be performed around the clock (24x7) subjected to the requirement
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
