We are a Dubai-based General Trading company seeking a Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing strong administrative and sales coordination support to the sales team.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Reception & Front Desk
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Handle courier, deliveries, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
Sales Coordination
Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and order follow-ups
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
Follow up with clients on inquiries, orders, and payments
Administrative Support
Data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with basic office administration tasks
Schedule meetings and manage calendars when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal (soft) skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Arabic language skills are an advantage
