Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level role is perfect for a

fresh graduate

or someone with minimal experience who is eager to build a career in the dynamic healthcare and medical supply industry. You will be the vital link ensuring smooth daily sales operations, supporting our sales team, and providing exceptional service to our healthcare clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

As a foundational role in our organization, your responsibilities will focus on mastering essential sales and operational processes:

1. Sales Administration & Support

Order Processing:

Accurately process sales orders, input data into the CRM/ERP system, and generate official quotations and invoices for medical devices and supplies.

Documentation Management:

Organize, track, and maintain all sales-related paperwork, including contracts, payment confirmations, and client files, ensuring full compliance with UAE health regulations.

Team Support:

Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, such as preparing product details. Prices and tools in their daily sales operation.

Communication:

Serve as the internal and external point of contact for routine sales inquiries, proactively updating clients and sales reps on order status, shipping, and product availability.
2. Operations & Logistics Coordination

Logistics Liaison:

Coordinate closely with the Warehouse and Logistics departments to ensure timely dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery of specialized medical supplies to hospitals and clinics .

Stock Monitoring:

Assist in monitoring and reconciling sales forecasts with current inventory levels to prevent supply chain delays.

Database Accuracy:

Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is consistently updated with accurate customer details, interactions, and sales activity logs.
3. Growth & Learning

Reporting:

Compile basic sales reports (e.g., daily sales summaries, open orders) for management, learning to analyze data to track performance.

Compliance:

Learn and adhere strictly to all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and local UAE regulations governing the sale and distribution of medical products.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
