Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with inbound and existing client enquiries
Prepare, send, and track professional quotations
Coordinate with the technical team to schedule site visits and installations
Support the sales cycle from lead to closure
Maintain CRM records and help convert leads into sales
Requirements:
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Experience with client coordination or inside sales is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, Access Control) is an advantage
